Hi everyone. i am new here. one years ago i moved to USA, I am from Russia. i was so depressed and i gained the weight. but in the summer i lost like ten pounds in 2 weeks. i was drinking only starbucks coffee frappucino. I was 110 lbs, but last week i gained like 5 pounds :( Girls i need your advice :) love you all
